Oliver has spent 12 years in the coaching industry and has an MSc in Applied Physiology. Some of his most notable experiences have been with Harlequins Rugby Club, British Rowing, and a handful of Paralympians in the build-up to Tokyo 2020.
These experiences have helped guide Oliver’s practice over many years, understanding the deep complexity of the human body, but equally how simple it is to help people improve. As a result of his experience, Oliver firmly believes in the process of long-term athletic development and that everyone can benefit from this through improved movement competency and greater transfer to your weekend warrior activities!
Oliver spent most of his junior years playing competitive tennis, traveling to both the US and Europe. As a result of both his personal sports as an athlete as well as coaching professional athletes during his career, he understands the coaching relationship intimately and how important it is. As a result, Oliver prides himself on delivering an engaging, informative, and empowering training experience for anyone he works with.
