Start off with the Discovery Package

This consists of 4 x one to one PT sessions conducted over a maximum of 2 weeks. Here our expert team will assess your ability level and help set your goals

Choose your membership

With our pioneering Semi-Private PT system, you can sign up to an unlimited training membership and train as much as you want. No matter how you train we have options for everyone to achieve success.

Get your individualised training routine

Your PT will build your training programme so it is perfectly suited to your goals and ability level. We then take the time to ensure you're fully focused and understand every step you need to take to achieve success.

Book in your sessions and begin your training journey

You can book regular slots to ensure you achieve the best training consistency, or you can book when it suits you. Our own app allows members to manage their booking with ease.

Frequently asked questions

How many people train at the same time?

A maximum of 3 members can book into an available slot and during peak hours is when this will most likely happen. We guarantee that we have enough availability that there will also be occasions when only 2 members will book in, and even just 1.

How much attention will I get from a personal trainer?

You will be assigned a lead trainer who will manage every aspect of your training and support you every step of the way; just like with our traditional One to One PT service. During each training session our PTs will divide their attention equally amongst all who are booked in. It’s often the case that you’ll learn from other members who have direct experience in overcoming the same challenges as you.

Can I train with a friend?

Absolutely! Most of our members join Common Purpose via referral from their friends or colleagues. If you’d like to train with your friend, then Semi-Private PT is certainly the best option for both of you.

Is Semi-Private PT not for me?

If you are rehabilitating from major injury or require in-depth lifestyle and nutritional coaching, then you may want to consider a bespoke One to One PT training regime. Although we’ve found once members have overcome their goals, the buzz and energy from Semi-Private PT training takes their training to the next level.
