Sam has the experience and ability to deliver healthy change and well-being for those who live professional lives.
Now, he’s excited to bring this level of care, attention and fitness knowledge to Mayfair, creating a gym space that feels approachable, supportive, and community-led.
Sam has used exercise to find self-discipline and purpose throughout his life. The process of setting exercise goals and meticulously planning is what motivates Sam, but consistently working hard and the power of belief is what drives him.
