In founding Common Purpose, Tiago envisions an owner-operated Personal Training Members Club that delivers the very best experiences and results. Following his undergraduate and postgraduate pursuits, Tiago has spent 10 years working as a Personal Trainer helping a diverse set of highly functioning clientele achieve life-changing results. Tiago is excited to scale his expertise and experience through the Common Purpose ecosystem.
Part of this approach is to strike the balance between his clients ‘wants’ and their ‘needs’, ensuring they enjoy what is a carefully constructed process that delivers them success. His areas of expertise with regards to training lie in Exercise Physiology, Nutritional Interventions for Body Composition, and Behavioural Psychology.
Tiago’s time spent in the trenches both as a Personal Training and as an aspiring entrepreneur has taught him many life lessons. But if pressed, he’d tell you that one lesson he’s particularly enjoyed learning is how to dream big when it comes to goal setting and breaking it down into actionable tasks and habits. There’s incredible power in setting an audacious goal before breaking it down sequentially into smaller more obtainable goals we can achieve within the foreseeable future.
