We’re very excited to announce the launch of a new corporate arm to our business – Common Purpose Wellbeing. This is a project that we’ve been working on for a long while and so we’re delighted to have officially opened the metaphorical doors and be able to tell you all about it.
Having spent time discussing the concept with partners and some of our own personal training clients, we recognised an opportunity to develop and run tailored health and fitness programs for corporate clients. Common Purpose Wellbeing is all about bringing our inclusive and adaptable approach to personal training to a wider audience and helping to improve the health and fitness of company employees.
The programs will be delivered through a combination of live virtual classes, one-to-one consultation/check-in sessions and a rich library of content, all accessed through a user-friendly online portal. Individual users will have regular contact with their dedicated Health Champion, who will assess their specific goals and challenges, as well as guiding them through the program to ensure they see results.
Having researched the current corporate wellness landscape, it feels to us that there is a gap in the market for a more bespoke, individualised solution and so that’s what we’re focusing on. We’re bringing all of our knowledge and experience of personal training with us and applying it to Common Purpose Wellbeing in a way that’s more accessible to those in a working environment.
In these strange times, it feels more important than ever for businesses to take an interest in the health of their staff and that’s exactly where Common Purpose Wellbeing can support. Our model will also help to improve employee morale and team camaraderie – even when working from home – through our live classes and integrated social features.
For our valued Common Purpose Club clients, you can be assured that our focus is still very much on continuing to deliver the service you expect and improving our capabilities as trainers and as a business.
