With an extensive background in Martial Arts and Dance, Jazzmin can confidently coach clients of various abilities and age groups. Jazzmin finds it important to help her clients reach their goals not only by improving their abilities on the gym floor but also by developing healthy habits outside of the gym.
After qualifying as a personal trainer, Jazzmin’s passion for the job gets stronger with every physical and mental transformation she’s involved in. She believes that to develop and improve, we all need to push ourselves safely outside of our comfort zones, but believes this can be done whilst having a laugh and enjoying the process.
Jazzmin builds her client’s confidence in the gym by improving their training literacy and exercise techniques. Body transformations are a particular speciality for Jazzmin, be it fat loss, muscle building or both!

Although it may be possible to build some muscle in a calorie deficit, this is not optimal for maximal muscle growth.
