No matter your fitness level, our WOD’s (workout of the day) are specifically designed so all participants can push themselves hard and achieve a sense of accomplishment.

Structured Group Training

Our WODs go beyond just burning calories. Each exercise has been selected to ensure you get stronger, fitter, more athletic, and learn best practices too.

You can expect to use all our cardio equipment, dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls and more. The exercises we select will vary but will always be expertly considered to ensure you can train hard and maintain good technique.

What will my success look like?

Our objective is to develop your athletic output, improve muscle and reduce fat. You can attend any Small Group Workout no matter what your goals are, and it will help you make progress. But your success is totally dependent on how much hard work you put in.

Can I combine Small Group Workouts with Personal Training?

Absolutely! We are completely focused on all our members getting stronger, fitter, and more athletic. The service and expertise you will get from personal training will take your training to the next level and achieve your goals faster.

Does the timetable change?

We regularly assess our member training patterns and aim to provide a timetable that both caters to demand and ensures the gym doesn’t get too busy. Our timetable moves with the seasons and always aims to ensure no-one is on the waiting list.
